Guess who lost his first tooth?? Since he told the dentist it was loose a couple of weeks ago, he has been dutifully wiggling and twisting it as directed. Tonight we were in a hurry to go to bed after books, and mommy was brushing his teeth really quickly, and all of a sudden the tooth was out! Tonito was a little scared when he spit some blood, but then was really excited when he realized it was out. We called both grandmas, explained the toothfairy, and found a small clear box to put the tooth in.
Vivi was extremely excited at the possibility of seeing a real fairy, and so the kids had a sleepover in Tonito's room. I told them to stay awake all night, but *not* to move or else she would know they were awake. I checked back in 3 minutes and they were already asleep:). However in the morning, when I asked if they saw the toothfairy, Vivi shook her said yes at the same time Tonito was shaking his head no. With one sideways glance he quickly switched to a nod. I am told that the toothfairy is small and was wearing a blue gown.
